Custom decoration design & styling

Event decoration concepts shaped for your venue, budget, and inspiration.

Mahnaz Alikhani leads custom decoration design and styling for clients who need a practical visual plan, Pinterest-inspired direction, artificial floral design, rental coordination, florist support, and a clear setup scope before the event day.

What can be styled

A custom service, not a fixed decoration package.

ProVia can design and coordinate decoration for weddings, engagements, Aghd Aryaee, corporate events, networking events, cultural events, galas, showroom events, launches, holiday events, and private parties.

Inspiration workflow

Reference photos become a realistic event plan.

01Share event type, venue, budget, and inspiration photos.
02Mahnaz reviews what is realistic for the room, timing, budget, and materials.
03ProVia prepares a custom decoration concept and estimated scope.
04Client approves the proposal before sourcing begins.
05ProVia coordinates rentals, purchases, florist support, vendors, setup, and teardown as included in the agreement.
06Mahnaz directs visual quality and final styling alignment on the approved scope.

Materials and vendors

Designed by ProVia, sourced through the right mix of inventory, rentals, and specialists.

ProVia should stay light on large inventory at this stage. The current model uses limited reusable ProVia items when available, rents or sources large pieces externally, and coordinates florists when fresh flowers are required.
Premium

Artificial floral design

Artificial flowers can support backdrops, table accents, Aghd decoration, photo areas, entrance decor, stage styling, centerpieces, and accent arrangements when the client wants control, reuse, or lower waste.

Premium

Fresh flower direction

When fresh flowers are requested, ProVia coordinates a florist and provides design direction, color guidance, proposal review, timing coordination, and setup alignment.

Process

Rentals and installation

Large structures, heavy pieces, specialty furniture, lighting, draping, and complex teardown should be handled by third-party vendors unless a proposal clearly includes another arrangement.

Clear proposal boundaries

The approved look, responsibilities, and exclusions are confirmed before sourcing starts.

Exact inspiration-photo duplication is not promised unless budget, venue, materials, and vendor availability allow it.
Fresh flower work is handled by a florist; ProVia provides design direction and coordination unless florist capability is formally added later.
Large arches, heavy backdrops, draping, lighting, furniture, large props, and complex teardown should be handled by third-party vendors for now.
Decoration pricing is custom proposal-based. Small design consultations may start from $300, while full decoration scopes depend on rentals, vendors, installation, travel, and risk.

Proposal contents

Every decoration scope should say who is responsible for what.

A decoration proposal should identify the design concept, inspiration direction, decorated areas, included items, rentals, purchases, client-supplied items, florist needs, delivery, installation, teardown, venue access assumptions, payment schedule, change policy, damage responsibility, and exclusions.
Premium

Design direction

Mood, colors, style, references, artificial/fresh floral direction, and final visual quality control.

Process

Vendor coordination

Rental company, florist, installer, venue timing, setup access, teardown window, and approval checkpoints.

Scope

Cost structure

Design fee, rentals or purchases, vendor/florist cost, coordination fee, installation/teardown cost, and ProVia management margin.
